OPIMM // Social Report 2025

Cover illustration and editorial design for the 2025 Social Report of OPIMM – Opera dell'Immacolata, a Bologna-based foundation that has been promoting vocational training and work inclusion for people with disabilities since 1845, through its sheltered workshops and its vocational training centre.

The cover illustration brings together, in a single circular composition, the people and activities that make up everyday life at OPIMM: woodwork at the workshop benches, fresh pasta rolled out by hand, a vegetable garden grown in a raised bed built so that it can be tended from a wheelchair. Each scene is based on real moments and tools from the foundation's workshops, to give an authentic portrait of a community where work is a way of belonging.

Inside, the report is designed in a compact A5 format, chosen to make it easy to hand out and carry around. A clean, readable layout with colour-coded chapters, custom icons and infographics guides the reader through data, stories and photographs.
