MIM FESTIVAL // Associazione Arcobaleno

Illustration created for the MIM Festival, an event that brings together several Milan-based organisations engaged in hospitality and charitable work.

The project is based on the story of Associazione Arcobaleno, a school of Italian for migrants in Milan that offers free courses and a first point of support for those arriving from abroad. The illustration is inspired by Denisa’s journey: from her arrival in Italy, marked by uncertainty and language barriers, to a path of growth that led her to become an active part of the same community that had welcomed her .

The illustration aims to capture this transformation, turning a real story into an open and welcoming space where people meet, support one another, and build something that goes beyond the individual: a community.
